Because most of our products are made to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size — but we will always make things right if something arrives damaged, defective or wrong.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email hello@humansareincontrol.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method — you won’t need to send the item back.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, before it goes into production, for a full refund.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, contact us and we will reship or refund. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address supplied at checkout can be reshipped at the customer’s cost.
Refunds are issued in USD and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
